this is actually tremayne goff. Imagine my suprise when I see my name linked to a site called steal your car.com. I find it rather interesting that the site is not linked to Mark Bartholomaei. Why is that? You have 24 hours to remove my name from your site.

Seriously, get my name and any associations to a link about stealing someone's car off of this site or I will take legal action.

I really doubt Mark Bartholomaei would find it humorous that his name is linked to such a site as well. Mark seems to have done well for himself and doesn't need this, neither do I. I don't want any part of my family name associated with any of this, considering how my permission was not given. I fail to see the levity of linking my name or his name to website that implies criminal activity especially when we both make livings in the legal profession and I have a family. Where do you get off trying to make a threat to my livelihood?

Seriously, remove my name from this site. For the record, I never stole an Acura Integra. But I guess that's how it is with revisionist history, people choose the people that they wish to blame things on. Remove Mark's as well. Nobody wants their name associated with this non-sense.

Of course, there is no way to now this actually wojr for certain, given that this is the comment section. I could be Michael Wojciak. I could be Tremayne. I could be wojr's split personality, Spankiferous (Setting up my possible insanity defense.). I could be a goddamn Acura Integra typing away at the local dealership. The point is anyone is free to post comments here, even spammers. Given blogger.com’s interface, any name can be entered including Anonymous. I would prefer that people use their own names when posting, but I’m not holding anyone to that.

I’ve yet to censor anyone’s comments, because personally I hate censorship. I wouldn’t want anyone to censor me, so I like to return the favor.

Thus, if you have a problem with something I post, you can use the contact info listed on the right and send me an email. That way, I can tell who the hell I might be talking to.

Now, for complaints about links to websites that DON’T EVEN EXIST, I have little patience. I don't care who has their balls in a knot. The comment in question is totally accurate – that is Neasa Thornton in the photo.

But why did you decide to link my name to a site called Steal my car, that is not funny being linked to a crime. Suppose someone I knew saw that, my wife, children or employer.. then what? And why single me out?
 

I did not decide to link your name to anything.

I know the formatting of the comment section is not the prettiest, but don't you see that the original post ended with the time stamp and the comment section began immediately after. Just like you can post comments here, others can as well. Anything I post here will always have my name attached to it.

As the true heirs of the Grea Conqueror Khan, we object to the frivolous use of his name in this silly context.

Please remove any reference to the Exalted Barbarian immediately or we shall be forced to raze your cities. Or at least file a silly libel lawsuit against your blog with our legal staff who have nothing better to do.

You know the saying: "A lawyer with free time on his hands probably isn't worth the paper his degree is printed on."
 

My employer has seen fit to keep me thus far. But, at the moment, protecting my name is more important. I never said anything about a libel suit, I am just wondering why my name was chosen, that's all. There were others involved but my name was singled out, you never answered that. It is easy to crack wise hiding behind an anonymous cloak.
 

I just realized that this entire controversy took place as a result of a post Wojr made during a "porn-free" week at Wojr.com. I think this conclusively proves that Wojr was not meant to avoid porn.
